Outlook Web Access (OWA) - USMC Links

NMCI Outlook Web Access (OWA) provides access to your NMCI e-mail and calendar from non-NMCI computers via the Internet. Select the appropriate OWA Uniform Resource Locator (URL) to use according to your specific domain and Cryptographic Log On (CLO) status.

CLO Users

If you are required to use a Common Access Card (CAC) or Alternate Logon Token (ALT) to log into your NMCI seat, you are a CLO user. To access OWA, please choose the link associated with the domain that you log into. If you need assistance determining your domain, refer to:

Note: When prompted, select your Signature Certificate from the Choose a digital certificate window. The Signature Certificate most often lists "DOD EMAIL" in the Issuer field. OWA CLO users will not be able to access OWA using the Identity Certificate.

Note: CLO users who are not on the PKI exceptions list will no longer utilize an NMCI username and password to log into any NMCI network resources. CLO users must connect to NMCI OWA using a CLO enforced OWA link.

CLO Exception Users

If you are not required to use a CAC or ALT to log into your NMCI seat, you are a CLO exception user. Per MCEN Operational Directive 303-08, two-factor authentication to OWA is required. Username and password authentication is no longer authorized.
